Salary: £25,000
Location: Llanrwst / Llandudno
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Llanrwst and Llandudno Agency.
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, and ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do. This will involve:
• Handling general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by phone.
• Selling new NFU Mutual insurance policies; with a focus on home and car insurance.
• Introducing NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers.
• Provide support to the rest of the team when needed.
• Support with general office administration duties.
What we’re looking for:
• Welsh language skills are essential
• Drive, energy, and enthusiasm to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
• A proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving and solution finding and like working in a customer support and sales environment. You will enjoy meeting compliance requirements and having a meticulous eye for detail is essential.
• Minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• The ability to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
• We have offices in Llanrwst and Llandudno and you will be required to work from both offices depending on the needs of the business.
